Calm + Kin was created by a mom from Vancouver Island , Canada. The journey began when our founder, Lana, was searching for a way to comfort her two young boys before bedtime—something gentle, meaningful, and truly supportive.
What started as an idea—a calming story, a place to release worries through mindfulness, and something soft to hold—quickly grew into something more.
Today, Calm + Kin brings together thoughtfully designed tools to help children navigate big feelings with comfort and confidence. From cozy companions to mindful printables, everything we create is rooted in connection, emotional support, and everyday calm.
